About Us: Integrity Support Solutions is a licensed provider of Home and Community-Based Services, dedicated to supporting adults with autism and intellectual disabilities across Pennsylvania. Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Behavior Support Specialist to become an integral part of our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing behavior support plans with a specific focus on addressing problematic sexualized behavior. This position involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to empower individuals in reaching their highest level of independence and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Provide training and consultation to staff and caregivers.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to guide intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate effectively with families, support teams, and clinical professionals.
  • Ensure documentation complies with regulatory and agency standards.
  • Engage in team meetings and contribute to person-centered planning.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Education (required).
  • Specialized training in addressing problematic sexualized behavior (required).
  • Current PA State Criminal Background Check, FBI Clearance, and Child Abuse Clearance (required).
  • ABA training or certification (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
