Senior Client Partner for SaaS Consulting - Manufacturing
Join Oracle Consulting as we bridge the gap between innovative technology and exceptional client experiences We are expanding our team to serve North America's manufacturing clients and are looking for transformational leaders who can bring their unique skills and creativity to help clients navigate their journey to Oracle Cloud technologies.
As a Senior Client Partner, you will be at the forefront of consulting services growth, driving high-value deals and collaborating extensively with our software sales executives. Your expertise will help shape and manage a comprehensive sales strategy that fuels new consulting pipelines and meets ambitious booking targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management: Design and implement effective strategies that promote consulting pipeline growth and help achieve revenue goals.
- Closing Deals & Leading Teams: Manage sales opportunities from qualification through closure, ensuring compelling strategies and close plans are in place. Lead collaborative pursuit teams strategically aligned for success.
- Collaboration & Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with software sales leaders to drive service pipeline growth and influence deals positively. Maintain regular touchpoints to further enhance partnerships.
- Implementation Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor in software implementations, guiding clients to maximize their Oracle investments through strategic roadmaps and best practices.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts effectively to align expectations and reduce delivery risks for both Oracle and the client.
- Consulting Business Growth: Ensure sold deals are successfully implemented to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets.
- Customer Advisory & Management: Build lasting relationships with IT and Line of Business leaders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor while expanding Oracle Consulting's influence.
- Thought Leadership: Share valuable insights and trends within the industry to contribute to Oracle's thought leadership.
- Forecast & Metrics Management: Monitor and ensure the accuracy of sales metrics, including pipeline, forecast, bookings, and service attach rates.
- Client Success & Reference Cultivation: Drive customer success that reflects high client satisfaction and cultivates referenceable accounts.
This position is tailored for those with a proven history of closing complex deals, leading diverse teams, and adeptly driving successful software implementations. Your ability to cultivate relationships and execute strategically will be key to your success.
How You Will Be Measured:
- Bookings and Bookings Growth
- Revenue and Revenue Growth
- Deal Margin (Sold and Delivered)
- Client Satisfaction / Client Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a Client Partner or Consulting Services Sales role.
- 6+ years of proven success in selling and delivering SaaS implementation services within the Manufacturing Industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with software sales leaders to enhance service pipeline growth.
- Experience in developing sales strategies, negotiating deals, and managing lengthy sales cycles.
- Significant experience in program delivery, including solutioning and consulting roles.
- Strong industry expertise and the capacity to advise clients credibly.
- Expertise in identifying and closing high-value consulting deals with large enterprises.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading matrixed teams, with a focus on projects, customer relationships, and financial performance.
- Deep knowledge in relevant products and technologies, translating expertise into effective sales strategies.
- Proven ability to engage with executives using consultative techniques to identify and address their business challenges.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and business development.
This role regularly interacts with customers across North America, so a professional level of English is required, and proficiency in French is beneficial for candidates based in Quebec.
