Your role involves analyzing business needs to ensure that the Oracle solutions align with our customers' objectives, leveraging best practices, product expertise, and business insight.

Overview:

The ACS Technical Team:

• Acts as a recognized authority within the Oracle NetSuite Global Business Unit (GBU), providing essential consulting services to major clients worldwide.

• Addresses the full lifecycle of customer needs, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing support of complex NetSuite solutions.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical architect consulting services, including comprehensive technical design reviews.

• Ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

• Enhancing integrations and customizations within NetSuite.

• Offering guidance on data management.

• Providing consultative advice on ERP best practices.

Using your extensive technical knowledge, you will analyze business and technical requirements to guarantee effective and scalable use of NetSuite and collaborate with partners for successful implementation.

You will also lead discussions regarding technical gaps, facilitating effective solutions across the NetSuite ecosystem. This role encompasses optimization strategies for integrations and customizations and sets best practices for data migration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to take initiative, manage multiple tasks, and lead teams independently.

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven ability to engage hands-on with technology and articulate concepts to diverse audiences.

• Exceptional analytical abilities.

• Experience in performance, integrations, technical architecture, or software development.

• Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end business processes.

Hands-on Experience Requires:

• Expertise in ERP system performance optimization (including Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, NetSuite).

• Skill in executing load and performance testing.

• Experience in SQL statement tuning.

• Strategies for ODBC/JDBC data extraction, design, and optimization.

• Data modeling capabilities.

• Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud architectures.

• Oracle database architecture knowledge.

• Integration architecture expertise using tools such as Oracle Data Integrator, Boomi, Mulesoft, Celigo, Workato, or Snaplogic.

• Proficiency in ETL tools and techniques.

Desired Experience:

• Understanding of Software Development Life-Cycles (SDLC).

• Experience in release management and/or as an Agile scrum master.

• Skills in developing and optimizing NetSuite SuiteScript and JavaScript.

• Experience with NetSuite SuiteTalk, SOAP integrations, or REST integrations.

Travel: Moderate travel may be required as appropriate.
