As a B2B Outside Sales Representative, you will represent a national brand, focusing on new business development, territory management, and long-term customer partnerships.
Outside Sales Job Responsibilities
- Prospecting and generating new B2B clients through door-to-door outreach, cold calling, networking, and in-person visits.
- Developing a deep understanding of the company's services to present tailored solutions to business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Managing your territory, building a pipeline, and driving new recurring-revenue accounts.
- Representing the brand professionally through consistent outreach and relationship building.
- Participating in structured training, ongoing development, and field rides with senior reps.
- Building a long-term residual book of business that grows your earnings year after year.
- 1+ year of B2B or high-volume outbound sales experience is preferred.
- Background in door-to-door, territory sales, or service sales is strongly preferred.
- Competitive, coachable, and driven - a "former college athlete" mindset is a bonus.
- Comfortable walking into businesses and generating conversations from scratch.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to follow a proven sales process.
- High energy, positive attitude, and confidence communicating with decision-makers.
