Please note: Previous leadership experience is highly preferred, though not mandatory. We are currently looking for shift supervisors for the night shift (2pm-11pm).

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational shifts
  • Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety standards
  • Manage financial transactions within the restaurant
  • Ensure the safety of both team members and guests
  • Uphold the values and standards of Chick-fil-A
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must have Chick-fil-A experience
  • ServSafe certification is required
  • Full-time availability is mandatory
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential
  • Excellent customer service abilities

This position is for an opportunity at a Chick-fil-A restaurant business independently owned and operated by a local franchised Operator.
