We are seeking passionate Field Sales Representatives who are eager to drive growth by selling Gorilla Energy to independent retail outlets. Ideal candidates will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mentality. This remote position requires residency within 25 miles of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with store owners and decision-makers to establish new distribution of Gorilla Energy in your assigned territory.
  • Reset shelves to introduce product samples effectively.
  • Implement Point of Sale (POS) materials, including shelf tags and eye-catching displays, to boost brand awareness.
  • Guide store owners on product ordering processes from Gorilla Energy DSD partners.
  • Educate decision-makers about the Gorilla Energy brand and its benefits.
  • Participate in team meetings as directed, usually via team calls.
  • Utilize the Gorilla Customer Management App to plan and organize your daily and weekly activities.
  • Monitor progress through the Gorilla app and address any DSD ordering gaps.
  • Share best practices and insights on competitor activities with team members.
  • Provide feedback for continuous improvement in operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Food and/or Beverage Industry, with a focus on sales and merchandising at the store level.
  • Experience with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) distribution networks is preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Smartphone required for daily routing, with the possibility of receiving a company-issued tablet for CRM reporting.
  • Access to a personal vehicle capable of transporting up to 20 sample cases (12 count case of 16oz cans).
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.

The pay range for this position is approximately $65,000 - $70,000, plus an incentive plan for new store distributions secured by you. This salary estimate is a good faith measure at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.

Gorilla Energy offers a competitive total rewards package that includes healthcare coverage, mileage reimbursement at $0.67/mile, cell phone reimbursement, and 401k options.
