Job Description
PT Home Health - Travel RN - Glen Carbon, IL

Overview
• Facility Setting: Home Health
• Unit/Department: BJC Home Health
• Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) | Weekends: Yes | Call: No

Requirements
• License: Required (Compact: No)
• Certs: BLS, Wound Care
• Experience: 1 year
• EMR: Epic
• Compliance: No on-call requirement, approx. every 6th weekend and 2 holidays
• Locals: Yes
• RTO Policy: No more than 7 days; requests will be evaluated by BJC

Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to adult and geriatric patients.
• Manage a daily caseload of 5-6 units.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized patient care plans.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) as necessary.
• Maintain effective communication with patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety and care standards during treatments.

• Parking: Ample parking available at the office.
• Scrubs: Provided
• Orientation: Includes training with a preceptor.
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required; Flu Vaccine Required with exemptions allowed.
