Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for all building repairs, including electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and facilities repairs. The role involves troubleshooting receptacles, switches, lighting, and performing maintenance for both manufacturing spaces and office spaces.

  • Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm (M-F)
  • Pay: $28-$35/hr (based on experience)
  • Manufacturing facility (non-climate controlled)
  • Perform building repairs, including electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and facilities repairs.
  • Troubleshoot receptacles, switches, and lighting systems.
  • Conduct maintenance for manufacturing and office spaces.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Engage in electrical and plumbing troubleshooting activities.
Qualifications:
  • Experience performing facilities maintenance in a Warehouse or Manufacturing setting preferred.
  • Proficiency in electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot various building systems.
  • Experience in facilities maintenance, including painting and drywall.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
