Pharmacist

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist to fill an opening in Hudson, Wisconsin.

Pay Details: $ 62.66 per hour

Shift Details: AS NEEDED BASIS (2-4 weekend shifts a month, 2-3 on call evenings a week)

Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacist:
  • Accept and dispense prescription medications.
  • Accurately maintain confidential records of all patients ensure proper management of patient records and pharmacy files.
  • Identify patient's drug-related problems and effectively communicate with physicians and other healthcare practitioners.
Required Qualifications for Pharmacist:
  • Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin
  • Non-sterile compounding preferred, experience with on call/overnight shifts
  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree required
