The Salesforce Business Analyst will bridge business needs and technical solutions by identifying AI use cases, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable specifications for the NEER Salesforce platform.
This role requires strong business analysis skills, understanding of AI/ML capabilities, and knowledge of Einstein AI, Agentforce, and intelligent automation opportunities within Salesforce. The BA will collaborate with stakeholders to identify processes suitable for AI enhancement, document functional and technical requirements, and support solution design for AI enabled features.
Responsibilities include conducting business process analysis to identify AI opportunities, defining user stories and acceptance criteria for AI features, documenting AI model requirements and expected outcomes, facilitating workshops with business and technical teams, and supporting UAT for AI enabled solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess 4+ years of Salesforce business analysis experience, understanding of AI/ML concepts and use cases, Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
This role is essential for ensuring AI initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
