Who We're Looking For:

  • A committed and skilled professional with:
  • Licensure & Experience: A current RN license and at least 5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
  • Regulatory Expertise: Proven experience ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, comprehensive knowledge of the CMS 5-Star Quality Rating System, and a successful history of achieving outstanding clinical outcomes.
  • Leadership & Education: A natural educator who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and inspiring clinical team members to achieve their best.
  • Team Spirit: A collaborative leader with a positive approach and a track record of promoting teamwork and success in their organization.
