Job Highlights:
- Solo drivers start at up to $0.64 CPM; $0.60 base pay + $0.04 CPM safety bonus
- Our drivers enjoy a consistent take-home pay week to week, with mileage pay up to payroll cut-off.
- Home weekly for drivers within 50 miles of Memphis, Houston, or Dallas; others will have 12 days out and 3 days home.
- All freight is 100% no touch with a high percentage of drop & hook.
- We maintain a modern fleet of current model trucks.
- No deposit pet policy and a free rider program for family and friends.
- Paid vacation and industry-leading retirement plans, including matching 401K and free ESOP shares
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for you and your family.
- 3 months of first-seat experience is required for all routes.
