We're seeking a dynamic AI Integration Specialist to drive the adoption of AI-driven solutions across departments-operations, finance, safety, procurement, and more. Your mission: automate and streamline processes, elevate efficiencies, and explore innovative AI applications tailored to our construction business.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify automation opportunities and simplify workflows using AI/ML
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI tools for predictive analytics, resource planning, risk detection, and more
  • Build interactive dashboards and tools that inform real-time project decisions
  • Pilot emerging technologies like computer vision for safety monitoring, predictive equipment maintenance, and intelligent bid generation
  • Lead change management by training teams, producing documentation, and facilitating adoption
  • Track model effectiveness and ROI, iterating for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent - relevant field experience can substitute for education
  • 3-7 years of experience applying AI/ML in operational or industrial contexts; construction, logistics, or manufacturing is a big plus
  • Strong programming skills
  • Experience with business/process automation tools and BI systems
  • Excellent communicator capable of translating technical insights to non-technical teams
  • Proven ability to start and own AI initiatives in a mid-sized, cross-functional environment
Nice-to-Haves/Bonus Points
  • Hands-on experience with construction tech tools (e.g., Procore, Sage, Bluebeam, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based environments and platforms
