Schedule for the Patient Coordinator:
  • 35+ hours per week
  • One evening shift and 1-2 Saturdays per month required
Responsibilities and Requirements of the Patient Coordinator:
  • Minimum 2 years of Dental Patient Coordinator experience
  • Experience with Dentrix highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Enter and update patient information
  • Answer patient phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Efficiently schedule patient appointments
  • Collect patient payment on the day of service
