We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeping and Accounts Receivable Coordinator to assist our clients with comprehensive bookkeeping and financial operations. If you possess strong accounting expertise, excellent communication abilities, and can effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you In this role, you will handle invoicing, collections, financial reporting, and client interactions while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping & Financial Management
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and detailed financial reporting.
- Perform accounts receivable duties such as invoice generation, payment tracking, collections follow-ups, and status updates.
- Record journal entries, reconcile accounts, and maintain precise financial records.
- Prepare financial statements and essential documents for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Adhere to company policies, accounting standards, and confidentiality obligations.
Client & Team Communication
- Engage professionally with clients, HR teams, and Benefit Administrators to resolve billing inquiries, discrepancies, and updates on accounts.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to address any billing or account issues.
- Manage email correspondence, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
Administrative Support
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and documents for executive meetings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and enhance office efficiency.
- Tackle special projects and other tasks as assigned by executives.
