Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating third-party data and APIs, troubleshooting issues, and providing comprehensive solutions across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust integrations with third-party data sources and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications and integrations.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices, software platforms, and integration methodologies.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Document processes, solutions, and technical specifications.
Requirements

Required Knowledge:
  • Active Directory configuration.
  • SharePoint, Exchange, and Power BI integration.
  • SSO integration.
  • EPIC and HL7 integration.
  • Experience with S2, Alertus, Rave, and similar systems.
Certificates (preferred):
• Microsoft 365 certificates
• Azure certificates

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of server-side coding experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer or in a similar technical role.
  • Extensive experience with third-party data and API integrations.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across multiple platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of both Windows and Linux environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
