With clinic locations across the Greater San Antonio area, this practice is part of a national, provider-centered network that empowers clinicians to deliver exceptional kidney care while enjoying strong support, training, and collaboration.

Clinicians with experience in Hospital Medicine, Cardiology, Dialysis, or Nephrology are especially encouraged to apply.

- Rounding at local dialysis centers
- Daytime hospital coverage
- Outpatient clinic visits

Requirements
What We're Looking For
Candidates should bring:
- A master's degree in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program
- Strong competencies in advanced assessment, diagnosis, care planning, and pharmacotherapeutics
- Ability to evaluate patient health, conduct exams, take medical histories, and develop evidence-based care plans
- Commitment to accurate, confidential medical documentation
- A passion for improving outcomes and enhancing patient quality of life
Benefits
- Base salary: Competitive
- Bonus: 10% of net collections
- Paid Time Off: 12 PTO days your first year + 5 sick days
- Paid Holidays: 8 annually
