Job description

Zoom Tan is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to work in their Corporate Office in Naples, Florida Positions starting at $20.00/Hour, but will pay more for experience

Offering a complete benefit package (Health, Dental, Vision, Matched 401(k) Plan, and Life and Disability Insurance) for all employees working over 30 hours/week. Full Time employees also receive 3 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) each year at hire

We are seeking individuals that have excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail to work at our corporate office assisting our clients and salon employees by phone with their needs.

After receiving field training you will be working within an office setting where your duties will include:

Serving as the primary point of contact for our clients to provide information, and assist in resolving issues.

Receive a high volume of inbound calls; record the details of calls and the actions that were taken.

Refer any unresolved issues to the Customer Service or Salon Support Manager for investigation and resolution.

Perform various office tasks such as copying forms, mailing client correspondence and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with working in multiple software platforms simultaneously.
Possess the ability to make appropriate decisions and remain calm and courteous at all times.
Be able to work well within a team environment and individually.
Prior Call Center experience preferred.
Must have exceptional attendance and work ethic.

We are hiring for a Full Time opening and offer flexible scheduling. The Call Center is currently operated Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturdays and Sundays 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
