Key Responsibilities for HVAC Service Technician Instructors

  • Teach HVAC Technologies classes, following Lincoln Tech's accredited curriculum

  • Conduct hands-on training sessions to enhance student skills in our fully equipped facility

  • Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages student growth, professionalism, and accountability

  • Monitor and support student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance

  • Deliver lesson plans and instructional materials that align with industry standards

  • Stay current with HVAC technologies and practices to provide up-to-date training

  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to improve program effectiveness and student outcomes

  • Prepare students for certification exams and successful careers in HVAC Technology

Requirements for HVAC Service Technician Instructors

  • 3+ years' HVAC Technician experience in the HVAC field

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to motivate and engage students in a learning environment

  • Passion for teaching and mentoring future professionals

  • Teaching experience is not required; a desire to educate and inspire is essential
