We are seeking an energetic and outgoing Public Relations Assistant to support our live event marketing and community engagement initiatives. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with the public, representing brands, and coordinating on-site events. No prior experience required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and a full benefits package.

About the Role

As a Public Relations Assistant, you will focus on in-person events, community outreach, and brand representation. You’ll work alongside event managers to create positive public experiences, engage attendees, and ensure clients are professionally and effectively represented at every event.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events and community outreach activities

  • Greet and engage event attendees, answer questions, and provide key campaign information

  • Represent partner brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong customer service

  • Assist with event setup, staging, displays, and breakdown

  • Communicate key talking points and campaign messaging to the public

  • Collect attendee feedback and share observations with the leadership team

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event flow and strong public representation

  • Maintain a positive, professional presence at all events

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Positive, outgoing, and approachable personality

  • Comfortable speaking with the public in face-to-face environments

  • Strong work ethic and reliable team player

  • Adaptable in fast-paced, high-energy event settings

  • No prior PR or event experience required — full paid training provided
