Joining JSA with the world's largest autograph exemplar library, this is your chance to work with some of the most exciting collectibles in the world.

Whether it's a Hall of Famer's baseball, a Hollywood legend's movie poster, or a rare historical document, every autograph has a tale to tell. In this role, you'll work hands-on with some of the most exciting collectibles in the world, using our expertise to protect their value and preserve their legacy for fans and collectors alike.

The Authentication Team Member at JSA supports the authentication process for autographed items submitted by customers. Responsibilities include assisting with item submission at both events and in-office settings, managing submission forms, and ensuring the proper handling and return of items either by mail or direct pickup.

In this job you will:

  • Process submissions for authentication, both in-office and at events.
  • Support customers with form completion and submission tracking.
  • Maintain and organize customer records.
  • Ensure secure handling of customer's property.
  • Travel to events, conventions, and trade shows across the U.S. to assist with on-site authentication processes.
  • Assist authenticators within the office, and event setups.
  • Responsible for processing orders into the POS systems.
What will help you succeed in this role:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially in handling sensitive items.
  • Ability to multitasks and manages multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with data entry integrity and timely completion.
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in event-based settings.
  • POS system experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for events and conventions
