Job Summary
Summary: Ensures the day-to-day upkeep, maintenance and smooth operation of the building’s food and beverage locations.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
• Cleans and maintains concessions stand equipment
• Performs repairs to equipment, fixtures and furniture
• Makes adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Moves heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
• Notifies managers about the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Requisitions supplies and equipment for cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
• Frequent lifting and transporting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, stooping and reaching
• Constant standing throughout the shift
• Refrigeration and plumbing certifications a plus
Qualifications:
- Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license.
