Job Description:

We are seeking a Staff Product Designer to lead innovation through strategic design thinking and hands-on execution. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience across complex, cross-functional product initiatives by developing visionary design strategies, inspiring bold exploration, and mentoring design talent.

In this role, you'll:
  • Drive innovative product design by encouraging bold ideation and experimentation.
  • Develop a compelling design vision and strategy aligned with business and user needs.
  • Champion a user-first approach through storytelling, prototyping, and user research.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build alignment on experience goals and product direction.
  • Balance multiple projects effectively, demonstrating strong time management and communication skills.
  • Contribute to a feedback-driven culture with design critique rooted in first principles, data, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior designers and interns in design craft and methodology.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in UX/UI, product, or interaction design.
  • Proven success leading complex design initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Strong capability in visual and interaction design, with attention to hierarchy and usability.
  • Mastery in tools like Figma and systems thinking, with proficiency in prototyping and design handoff.
  • Strategic mindset with experience in systems design, design operations, and scalable frameworks.
  • Skilled in design discovery and competitive research to guide product vision.
  • Exceptional communicator and storyteller with a track record of executive presentations.
  • Experience designing for AI-driven or emerging technology products.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to manage senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to accessibility and inclusive design standards.
  • SaaS design experience preferred.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
