A reputable healthcare system is seeking a Full-Time Family Medicine Physician to join their well-established Medical Group Family Medicine practice in Limerick. The practice currently consists of two physicians and is supported by a strong team, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment. The system provides high-quality, compassionate care to the communities in the region and offers the latest technology and tools, including EPIC EMR, which is used throughout the hospital network. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician to provide exceptional care in an ambulatory setting with the ability to build a patient panel quickly.

Compensation: USD $235,000 base salary

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in an ambulatory family medicine practice.
- Utilize EPIC EMR for patient records and communication.
- Collaborate with a supportive team including medical assistants and a practice administrator.
- Share call schedule (1:8) to support a healthy work-life balance.
- Establish and grow a patient panel quickly.
- Work in a well-established practice with flexible hours and no weekend office hours.
- DAX Copilot available to providers.
- Strong support team with cross-trained medical assistants.
- Supportive practice administrator and leadership.
