Position Profile: Human Resources & Staffing Coordinator
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: Stadium Staffing & Resources Manager
Status: Salaried, Non-Exempt JOB SUMMARY: Human Resources & Staffing Coordinator will directly assist with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources team to support the Stadium Services Department. Job duties include a wide range of projects related to recruiting, onboarding, employee relations and administrative support. JOB RESPONSIBIILTIES:
  • Assist in the recruiting, interviewing and onboarding process for game day, part-time and seasonal employees.
  • Assist in management of Stadium Services game day event staff (orientations, engagement, onboarding).
  • Assist in facilitating Game Day Event staff training.
  • Assist Human Resources team with data entry, basic reporting, and file management.
  • Respond to employment inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist in completion of employment verifications.
  • Support Human Resources team with company-wide initiatives, events, and programming.
  • Perform other organizational and special projects as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Possess superior organizational skills to efficiently function in a fast-paced, multi-task setting.
  • Work with others in a professional, respectful manner.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Comfortable speaking to and interviewing candidates via multiple communication outlets.
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work evenings, holidays and weekends as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1-2 years of internship or entry-level experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition in collegiate or professional sports.
  • Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Sports Management or related discipline.
  • Experience working with and staffing facility-based roles preferred.
  • Experience with Dayforce HCM.
