As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Arty Pagan - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Viera / Suntree - one of the fastest growing areas of Brevard. Viera is one of the Top 10 Master Planned Communities in the US.
- Our office is open 9am-5pm, but flexible hours will be considered.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2004.
- We currently have 11 team members at our agency.
- We have almost 120 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
