Filter Press Operator

If you are interested in making an impact and inspiring a world through decorative enhancements, then you have come to the right place. You will use your talents to produce engraving plates. This position will work Monday-Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm. Overtime and weekend work may be expected. The Filter Press Operator will monitor and operate filter presses to remove impurities or moisture from slurries and chemical solutions.

What you will do:

  • Monitor and operate filter presses to remove impurities and moisture.
  • Controlling operation of filter press system.
  • Conducting tests and inspections of system
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Your best qualities:

  • Mechanically inclined
Other things we need:
  • At least 1 year experience operating filter press preferred
  • Proven mechanical aptitude
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending.
