We're on the hunt for a dynamic Department Sales Trainer to join our high-energy Phone Sales team. This role is all about building better salespeople creating powerful learning experiences, delivering standout training, and being the go-to expert on sales success.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Designing and delivering impactful, engaging training (in-person and virtual)
  • Creating awesome training materials think presentations, guides, and even a few killer icebreakers
  • Coaching sales agents and leaders to sharpen their skills and boost performance
  • Collaborating with teams across the company to keep content fresh, relevant, and fun
  • Measuring training success and tweaking things until they're just right
  • Supporting recruiting and onboarding efforts to make sure our people hit the ground running
What We're Looking For:
  • A degree in business, insurance, or a related field or equivalent real-world experience
  • 2-4 years in insurance sales and/or sales training (you've walked the walk)
  • A confident presenter with strong public speaking chops
  • Sharp editing and documentation skills you love polishing content until it shines
  • A people person who thrives on coaching and bringing out the best in others
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint is your playground); LMS or e-learning tools are a bonus
