Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for shipping and receiving activities as assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Accurately enter, edit and look up order information using GTS MAS200
- Accurately enter, edit and look up shipping information in UPS system
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipping with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Receive, stock and replenish inventory with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Other duties as assigned.
- Establish good working relationship with other team members.
- Foster positive communications and relationships with businesses, vendors and consumers.
- Keep up to date on industry trends and developments.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Actively participate and conduct meetings as requested.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three months' warehouse experience desired
- Demonstrated ability to work under close supervision
Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to safely operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment, including obtaining appropriate licenses as required
- Normal warehouse environment with moderate noise levels from warehouse equipment.
- Frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs., occasional lifting of up to 70 lbs.
- Constant standing, walking, bending, twisting and reaching.
