Position: Sales Supervision Coordinator for Contact Center

This position is eligible for remote work.

Osaic operates on a hybrid work schedule, requiring a minimum of 4 days per week in the office. Applicants should be prepared to work this schedule.

Role Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year + annual performance-based bonus. Salary will be determined based on individual qualifications, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary:

The Sales Supervision Coordinator for Contact Center plays a crucial role in our Sales Supervision team. This position involves managing incoming calls from the Contact Center and responding to inquiries while supporting the workflow of non-digital annuity and alternative investment cases in the Support Center. You will work in collaboration with Sales Supervision Principals to ensure efficient workflow management and timely paperwork processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls from the Contact Center, either directly addressing inquiries or collaborating with team members to resolve Financial Professionals' needs.
  • Familiarize yourself with the Annuity Submission Platform's workflow and common troubleshooting methods.
  • Facilitate case routing for Annuity and Alternative Investments.
  • Resolve issues related to missing documentation and reconcile misrouted materials.
  • Assign Subscribe orders to Sales Supervision Principals.
  • Assist Financial Professionals in addressing submission deficiencies.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with Financial Professionals, First Line Supervisors, Regional Vice Presidents, and Sales Managers.
  • Support the department by managing and generating reports from various applications.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Education Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; however, a high school diploma (or equivalent) with relevant experience will be considered.

Essential Skills:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to meeting departmental service level agreements.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks in a time-sensitive, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification preferred.
  • Experience with annuity products.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, NetX360, SharePoint, and OneNote.
  • Prior experience in customer service roles.
