Located just north of Pittsburgh, it is the largest suburban school district in Allegheny County with over 8,500 students.

The District seeks candidates to fill a Library Secretary position at North Allegheny Intermediate High School, effective date to be determined.
The Library Secretary will provide clerical and secretarial support to the librarian, maintain materials, manage budget, act as a liaison and information conduit among the students, staff members, parents, and/or the community, and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation resulting in a maximum positive impact on educational environment.

Library Secretary positions work 8 hours per day.
Starting Hourly rate will be in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
The rate for the 2025-2026 School Year is $20.17/Hour with a comprehensive individual benefit package available.

Current clearances are required and include:
  • Child Abuse History Clearance
  • PA Criminal Record Check
  • FBI Fingerprint Clearance
  • Mandated Reporter of Child Abuse Training
  • Successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment Physical and TB Test.
