Qualifications:
- Minimum of some high school education
- Preferably some experience in operations
- Must obtain Food Handler certification, if required by local regulations, at your own expense
Physical Requirements:
As a Shift Leader, you will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Please note that counter areas can be hot, and you will be expected to remain standing for extended periods. Responsibilities include preparing hot and cold foods, using kitchen equipment, and handling weights up to 50 lbs. Your ability to work swiftly and accurately is essential.
