Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Financial Advisor / Planner to join our team. In this role, you will deliver personalized financial guidance, build strong long-term client relationships, and provide strategic planning solutions that help clients reach their financial goals.
This position is ideal for someone passionate about financial wellness, long-term client support, and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage a portfolio of clients through relationship-based planning
* Conduct comprehensive financial assessments, including retirement, investment, insurance, and tax-advantaged strategies
* Prepare customized financial plans using firm-approved planning software
* Provide ongoing advice, portfolio reviews, and strategic recommendations
* Keep current with market trends, planning strategies, and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality client experiences
Qualifications
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
* Individuals looking to break away from the 9-5 grind and have a strong work ethic
* Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (preferred but not required)
* Willingness to obtain CFP®, Series 65/66 or other financial licenses
* Experience in financial planning, wealth management, or advisory roles (preferred but not required)
* Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
* High integrity and commitment to fiduciary-level guidance
