Join our team as an Airport Customer Service Agent where you will deliver exceptional service to travelers. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Checking in Customers and verifying personal identification.
  • Handling and tagging Customer luggage with care.
  • Assisting Customers in booking, selling, and verifying flight reservations.
  • Meeting and assisting with arrivals and departures of flights.
  • Preparing aircraft cabins for departure.
  • Coordinating Customer boarding and deplaning smoothly.
  • Providing assistance to Customers with special needs.
  • Responding to ad-hoc requests swiftly and efficiently.

Ideal candidates will excel in a customer-focused environment, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable with public speaking and using airport equipment. If you are passionate about helping others and have a knack for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma.
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
  • One (1) year of customer service, volunteer experience, or sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Complete fluency in written and spoken English is required.
