Airport Customer Service Agent

Join our team as an Airport Customer Service Agent where you will deliver exceptional service to travelers. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Checking in Customers and verifying personal identification.
- Handling and tagging Customer luggage with care.
- Assisting Customers in booking, selling, and verifying flight reservations.
- Meeting and assisting with arrivals and departures of flights.
- Preparing aircraft cabins for departure.
- Coordinating Customer boarding and deplaning smoothly.
- Providing assistance to Customers with special needs.
- Responding to ad-hoc requests swiftly and efficiently.
Ideal candidates will excel in a customer-focused environment, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable with public speaking and using airport equipment. If you are passionate about helping others and have a knack for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
- One (1) year of customer service, volunteer experience, or sales experience is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Complete fluency in written and spoken English is required.
