Become a Showing Assistant at The Collective Company and kickstart a rewarding career in real estate. Located in Maryland Heights, you will play a key role in supporting our agents by coordinating and conducting property showings, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule property showings for clients and agents
- Assist in preparing homes for showings, ensuring properties are clean and presentable
- Provide clients with detailed information about properties and neighborhoods
- Accompany clients on property tours, answering questions and highlighting key features
- Maintain accurate records of showings and client feedback
- Communicate effectively with real estate agents, clients, and other team members
- Support the team with administrative tasks related to property listings and client management
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is a plus
- Valid real estate license (or ability to obtain one) is required
- We offer training, systems, and support to give you the tools to succeed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and real estate software applications
- Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or sales preferred
- Ability to navigate and provide accurate information about local neighborhoods and properties
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service and support
- Knowledge of the St. Louis real estate market is an advantage
