The Osborn, a premier senior living community located in Rye, NY, is seeking Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. What You'll Do:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor and document resident conditions, promptly reporting changes to the RN or physician
- Support ADLs and promote resident comfort and dignity
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
- Current LPN license in the state of New York
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts as needed
- Competitive hourly rate: $35.00-$40.00
