Salesforce Architect for Health Solutions

Location: San Mateo, CA (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week)

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Rate: Up to $110 an hour

Overview

Join our team as a Salesforce Architect for Health Solutions and lead innovative Salesforce implementations focused on healthcare. If you have a robust background in Health Cloud and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders while driving hands-on solutions across Salesforce’s suite of offerings, this is the role for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to enhance patient, provider, and care coordination workflows.
  • Develop scalable solutions utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to optimize patient engagement strategies.
  • Architect complex Flows, automation processes, and security protocols that comply with HIPAA regulations.
  • Convert clinical and operational requirements into effective Salesforce architecture and configuration.
  • Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring that all implementation efforts align with Salesforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, compliance officers, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet organizational objectives.
  • Define and establish integration methodologies to connect Salesforce with EHRs, data platforms, and other external systems.
  • Document solutions, create design standards, and manage architectural decisions throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with Salesforce, including a strong background in Health Cloud implementations.
  • Demonstrated success as a Salesforce Solution Architect on enterprise-scale projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data models, automation techniques, and integration strategies.
  • Experience leading teams in Agile project environments.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and data privacy regulations.
  • Preferred certifications include Salesforce Health Cloud, Consultant, or Architecture certifications.
