**Join Our Team: Outpatient Therapist for Adults**
**Master's Level Required - Licensure Preferred**
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated therapist to provide essential mental health services to our adult population. The Outpatient Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments, therapy sessions, and various screenings to support individuals facing challenges in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic bio-psycho-social assessments.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Perform substance abuse, trauma exposure, and domestic violence screenings.
- Manage psychiatric evaluations, psychological evaluations, medication assessments, and ongoing medication monitoring.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to address client and family needs.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited program in a recognized clinical discipline with a clinical practicum.
- Licensed in a clinical discipline that includes mental health clinical experience (LSW, LPC, LCSW).
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, or a related field.
- Graduate degree with 12 credits in mental health or counseling from an accredited program.
