Our client, a leader in the engineering sector, is seeking a Program Coordinator to join their team. As a Program Coordinator, you will be part of the Technical and Production divisions supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, clear communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully with the organization.
Job Title: Program Coordinator
Location: Onsite - Santa Clarita, CA
Pay Range: $25 - $35/hour
What's the Job?
- Monitor engineering project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Address and countermeasure schedule delays; provide status updates on progress.
- Inform department managers and project leads of program requirements.
- Coordinate with design, development, and production teams to gather updates and communicate priorities.
- Assist in maintaining technical documentation, test plans, and project records.
- Recent graduate with 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
- BS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Internship or co-op experience in an engineering or technical environment.
- Basic understanding of engineering development cycles.
- Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Office.
