Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Workday Adaptive Planning Business Systems Analyst to be a key player in our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) process. As we enter the fourth year of our transformative initiative surrounding Workday implementation, your role will be critical in optimizing our Workday Adaptive systems and addressing key priorities such as:
- Stabilization and optimization of Workday Adaptive
- Security risk assessments and resolutions
- Finalization of necessary integrations and configurations
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications.
- Create and manage comprehensive test plans to ensure robust and dependable solutions.
- Work with various teams to resolve security issues, optimize system performance, and meet configuration needs.
- Act as a communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing regular updates to executive leadership.
- Support internal talent strategies through insights and a seamless transition from external partnerships.
- Serve as the primary administrator for Adaptive Planning, handling configuration, maintenance, and user setup.
- Design and maintain custom reports and dashboards tailored to organizational needs.
- Implement auditing procedures to guarantee data integrity and accuracy.
- Establish a systematic approach to troubleshoot configuration challenges and implement technical solutions.
- Document Workday processes and configurations effectively.
- Oversee the biannual feature releases of Workday, assess new functionalities, and coordinate testing and deployment.
- Perform additional duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst, demonstrating the ability to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
- Hands-on experience with administering Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to various audiences, including technical teams and C-suite executives.
- Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and execution.
- Understanding of finance, FP&A, budget, and forecasting processes is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related role.
