Inventory Management Specialist

Position Summary: Join our team as an Inventory Management Specialist and take charge of all aspects of inventory control. You will be responsible for meticulously tracking and documenting any inventory or production changes, providing accurate updates to various departments regularly. Your keen attention to detail will help maintain essential records on individual items for future reference.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurately record and monitor inventory changes.
- Implement Satellite’s cycle counting procedures (A, B, C System).
- Oversee all inventory activities, including semi-annual and annual inventories.
- Collaborate with VMI vendors to effectively manage inventory.
- Contribute to additional cost-saving initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Robust research and investigative capabilities.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attendance and a positive attitude.
