Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and communicate policies, processes, and procedures while holding staff accountable for their roles.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance community awareness about therapy options.
  • Utilize data to forecast operational needs and recommend staffing adjustments.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant regulations and communicate updates to staff.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and celebrate the achievements of your team.

Qualifications:

  • Current State license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current BLS (CPR) certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited therapy program.
  • Minimum five years of rehabilitation experience, including two years in management.
