We're currently seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our ever-expanding Home Health team in the North Hills of Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas. This role offers the chance to directly provide patient care within homes, truly making a difference in the lives of our patients.

- Conducting Start of Care comprehensive assessments and completing OASIS timely
- Drafting care plans, reconciling patient medications, and ensuring orders for care are accurate and complete
- Preparing accurate, orderly, and timely documentation
- Coordinating care with patient and provide proper reports to Case Manager
- Provides health care instructions to the patient/family as appropriate per assessment and plan
An active RN license in the state in which practicing or New Grad with eligibility to take NCLEX.
