Job Description

As an Automotive Repair Specialist, you will report to the Store and Service Managers. Your primary role involves performing both basic and advanced car maintenance and repair tasks, inspecting vehicles for potential issues, and troubleshooting concerns to ensure optimal vehicle performance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Applying your automotive repair expertise
  • Providing the highest quality service to our customers
  • Diagnosing and analyzing mechanical issues
  • Inspecting, replacing, and repairing defective parts while performing preventative maintenance
  • Staying updated on new automotive technologies and techniques
  • Exemplifying the company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions
  • Following all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Qualifications

We are looking for:

  • A minimum of 2 years of automotive service or mechanic experience
  • ASE Certification preferred but not required
  • Required: Own Technician Tools
  • A valid driver's license
  • Capability to operate and drive vehicles
  • Ability to pass drug screening and background check
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
  • Willingness to work Saturdays

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending
  • Occasionally exerting 50 - 100 lbs of force and frequently 10 - 25 lbs of force
  • Requires working at a production-paced rate, involving constant material handling
