  • Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear and consistent information exchange.
  • Develops, discusses, and communicates individualized goals for each patient in collaboration with the patient, family, and significant others to address cardiac pulmonary needs.
  • Implements medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures using necessary skills and judgment for patient care.
  • Evaluates patient progress, reassess care provided, and responds to patient and family needs to ensure overall quality of care.
  • Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care to integrate information for use by the healthcare team and ensure quality care.


The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

$33.99 - $63.22
