Hiring an Automation & Integrations Engineer / Automation Specialist to join our team full-time, on-site

We're a nationwide organization dedicated to serving children with special needs. If you're passionate about transforming manual workflows into efficient, reliable, and scalable automation systems - this role is for you.

About the Role:
You'll work closely with our marketing, sales, operations, and content teams to design, build, and maintain automations that save time, reduce errors, and increase throughput. You'll help us scale our impact by optimizing processes and integrating the tools we use every day.

What You'll Do:

  • Build automation workflows with tools like Zapier, Make.com, n8n, and more
  • Create bots for lead qualification, data entry, follow-ups, and content scheduling
  • Automate outreach, CRM updates, and call workflows
  • Design data capture, dashboards, and error handling systems
  • Document workflows and train staff on automation use
What We're Looking For:
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data transformation
  • Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ownership mindset and attention to detail
