Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (some flexibility required)
Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour (based on experience)
About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse environment. This position plays a key role in ensuring our customers receive accurate information, timely updates, and exceptional service from start to finish.
You'll handle a high volume of inbound calls, process orders, and communicate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls from customers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Provide accurate information on orders, shipments, and product details.
- Enter and update customer orders, changes, and returns in the system.
- Communicate professionally via phone and email to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with production, shipping, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy.
- Maintain customer records and document all interactions in the database.
- Support other administrative and office tasks as needed.
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment.
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to manage multiple calls efficiently.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable with strong follow-through.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
