• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute settings
• Monitor residents' conditions and report updates to the nursing staff
• Measure and document vital signs accurately
• Assist residents with grooming, feeding, toileting, and other daily activities
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and adhere to hygiene best practices
• Help transport residents and aid in their mobility needs during the day
