Job Description
ITTConnect is seeking a Technical Analyst to work in a hybrid environment (3/2) for a client in the US. This is a position with a client that is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries. The end client is in the Telecom area (internet, cable TV).

Job location: Sandy Springs, GA 30328 - 3 days a week on site.

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to perform technical analysis, write functional requirements and convert them into technical requirements for Call Center as a Service applications (CCaas - Avaya, Genesys, AWS Connect, Google)
  • Design effective solutions for Contact Center applications, including IVR
Requirements
  • Experience with CCaaS technologies (Avaya, Genesys, AWS Connect, Google)
  • Familiarity with Contact Center applications including IVR
  • Able to use tools such as MS Visio, Lucid
  • IVR/Speech experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to interact with confidence
  • Ability to operate in a large team
  • Coding experience is preferred but not mandatory.
