Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter for Tier 1 US insurers.
Perform configuration changes and integrations between PolicyCenter and external custom portals.
Implement new PolicyCenter V10 SaaS solutions or migrate on-premise implementations to SaaS.
Design, code, integrate, and test end-to-end PolicyCenter solutions, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
Collaborate with customers, solution engineers, and architects to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Develop policies, guidelines, and standards for effective IT application and utilization.
Drive Agile delivery practices and contribute to iterative, incremental solution development.
Handle on-demand tasks related to Guidewire integrations and solutioning, as required by customers.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Extensive experience as a Guidewire Configuration Tech Lead, with strong knowledge of Guidewire core configurations.
ACE Certified in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration.
Proven experience implementing Guidewire PolicyCenter for Tier 1 US insurers.
Minimum of 2 full life cycle PolicyCenter implementations (Personal Lines or Commercial Lines).
Hands-on experience in:
Implementing PolicyCenter V10 in SaaS model.
Migrating on-premise PolicyCenter to SaaS.
PCFs, business rules, data models, and Gunits.
Integrating PolicyCenter with external portals.
Guidewire's Cloud Data Access platform.
GOSU, REST services, message queues, and batch processes.
Strong PolicyCenter domain knowledge, particularly in integrations and digital technology implementation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in an Agile environment.
